Incredible views right from the doorstep, quiet, relaxing, nothing but birds and sheep to listen to. A view out over the mountains and the fjord, an utterly beautiful and peaceful stay. The cabin was traditional, cosy and simple. Equipped enough for a simple life away from the world, good cooking facilities.

We have had a wonderful stay at Eli’s cabin. It is cosy, basic but lovely place with a beautiful view. We travelled with our 3 small children that loved the area around the cabin to play, to greet the cows and make boats with left over pieces of wood and nails. Eli is a fantastic host who made us feel very welcomed. She showed us around in the stable and the milking of their cows, explained us everything about their milk production and surprised us with fresh milk for breakfast. She gave us great tips for kid friendly walks, which we all enjoyed very much. We warmly recommend this place!

The cabin is amazing. Really stylish, extremely clean. Eli and her husband are great hosts! We had a great time at their cabin. Breathtaking view to the lake, cozy environment. I wish we had more time to spend there instead of one night!

What an amazing place in all aspect. Charming cabin true to the Norwegian “hytte” experience. Fantastic natural surroundings, great cross country skiing slops and genially lovely host. I have used Airbnb frequently for my travels and this place is on my top 5 list. I’ll decently come back!

Waking up in the morning and hear only sheep-bells, open the door of the cabin and have an overwhelming and magical view. This is a beautifull place to stay and go for a hike (which we unfortunately did not have the time for). Cabin is clean and nice and large enough for 4 people to stay. Be prepared to go a little bit back in time as no shower is available, very little cell phone coverage and no electricity. Instead you can actually talk with your friends verbally, play games, cook in front of a fire place. So really worth it.
