2. Purpose of collection and processing of personal data
‍In connection with renting out accommodation on the farm and the stable, and ordering pork from our own brand Solskinnsgris, we must collect personal information such as name, address, telephone number and other necessary information related to the customer relationship and stay, and we receive this information from you.
You have the right to access and delete the information stored about you. After your stay or customer relationship has ended, we will keep customer data for as long as we deem it appropriate, for example to make future orders easier for you as a customer. Personal data will only be disclosed if there is a statutory obligation to provide information to public authorities.

3. Customer register and booking system
Our customer register contains information about the customer such as name, address, telephone number and other relevant information such as contact persons, order and/or last visit, ordered meat and agreed pickup location.
This is information that is relevant to our operations and to ensure that your stay is as expected and in line with your booking. If you would like an overview of what we have stored or if all information should be deleted, simply contact us.
We do not store more details than necessary, and no longer than necessary.

We do not have our own online booking system. Bookings for accommodation and pork made directly to us by phone, email or via the contact form on our website are kept in Excel. Accommodation can be booked online through AirBnB, Booking.com and Companyon. In this case, these suppliers' privacy statements apply.
The information you provide us will only be used in connection with your stay/order. We do not send newsletters or marketing via email.

4. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies. Through our website provider Wix.com, we have access to general reports about traffic on our websites, but do not have access to detailed, personal or sensitive information about those who visit our websites.
‍‍Facebook and Instagram collect information about visitors to various pages to customize both advertising and other information. We have access to these pages' data regarding use/visits to our Facebook and Instagram pages. Meta's privacy policies apply here.

5. Access, correction, deletion, complaint
According to the Norwegian Data Protection Act §18, you as a private individual have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You can access it by sending us an email: post@ellingbogard.com. If you would like us to correct or delete data about you, please contact us by email.

We hope you will let us know if you believe we are not complying with the rules of the Personal Data Act. Please let us know directly by phone, email or contact form. You can also complain about our processing of personal data. You do this to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
